It was a few days to Christmas and I was feeling a little down and out because it was almost a year that my best friend, Peter with his family left for Ghana and since then my life has not remain the same. Loneliness has been my closest friend and life has been very difficult. I felt very sad as the memory of all the nice times we used to have together during Christmas Flashed in my heart.

On Christmas Eve, my relatives and friends gathered at the dining table to have a small dinner I heard a taxi drove up to the front door and some people got off from it.  I looked through the window and to my surprise, it was Peter and his family members.

I rushed out of the house to greet him and his family member. We hugged each other, ran inside the house and told each other stories about what happened since we last saw each other. I was more delighted when he told me that they are back in beautiful Nigeria permanently. I felt Satisfied as my best friend is back for good!
