NIGERIAN IMPORTS AND EXPORTS

International trade is the trade between one countries to another.

Trade is the commercial exchange (buying and selling on domestic or international markets) of goods and services

Imports are the goods bought from another country our country. E.g. motor cars, electronics.

 Exports are the locally made goods that are taken to other countries to be sold.e.g rubber, cocoa, crude oil, leather materials etc

ADVANTAGES OF TRADING WITH OTHER COUNTRIES

  1. Getting foreign exchange
  2. Transfer of technology
  3. Friendly relationships
  4. International peace, unity, and harmony
  5. Creation of job

DISADVANTAGES OF TRADING WITH OTHER COUNTRIES

  1. It slow down the rate of industrialization.
  2. It brings about dumping

The following are some reasons why we should value Nigerian made goods:

  3. Improve our standard of living
