STRIKE ACTION
It happens when workers refuse to work, they protest over bad altitude of the leaders towards the workers.
Reduction in production
Workers show displeasure by not working up to the maximum capacity which will reduce the quantities of production.
DEMONSTRATION
Worker engage in a peaceful protest by carrying placards and work around the community in other to create awareness of dissatisfaction in their place of work or to the Government.
RESIGNATION.
Some worker may decide to quit their appointment due to poor wages, poor working condition, poor salary structure, dissatisfaction of the job.
