When writing a composition on HIV/AIDS, the following guideline should be noted.

                                       Guidelines

First paragraph: write about the meaning of the acronyms HIV/AIDS and how they are related.

Second paragraph: write how they are contracted.

Third paragraph: write about how to guide against it.

                                       HIV/AIDS

HIV and AIDS are common acronyms bur their meanings are not the same. HIV means Human Immune Virus. AIDS means acquired immune Deficiency Syndrome. HIV is the first stage that is contracted. The stage keeps growing and finally get to AIDS stage.

HIV just as AIDS is contracted by coming in contact with infected blood. This could be through the use of unsterilized injection, sharp objects like blades, pins, and needles.  Unprotected sex with an infected person is also a way through which HIV is contracted.

One can guide against HIV and AIDS by making sure one does not play with sharp Objects, making sure new injections are thrown away when  administering medications to you and lastly, avoiding unsafe sex. AIDS is a deadly disease that is yet to have a permanent cure. So be very careful not to be infected with it.
