COMPOSITION ON FARMING

This composition is all about Farming, the composition will tell us who is a farmer, what is farming, the different aspect of farming and the tools used in farming both local and modern tools.

                    PARAGRAPH STRUCTURE

Paragraph one should define farming and explain who is a farmer

Paragraph two will tell us about the different aspects of farming.

In Paragraph three you should write about tools used for farming.

  FARMING

  Farming has to do with planting of crops and rearing of animals. There are various crops that can be reared on our farms. Also, there are different animals that can be reared too. A person that engages in farming is called a farmer.

There are different forms of farming. The form of farming in which farmers grows crop is Arable farming while the farming that involves the rearing of animals is Pastoral Farming. The farming whereby farmer engages in crop growing and animal rearing is called mixed farming.

Farmers make use of different tools. Some of them are cutlasses, hoes, sickle, rakes, wheelbarrows, axes, cages, crates, tractors, basket, watering can, spade, etc. some of these tools are used in small scale farming. Like cutlasses and hoes but for large scale farming or for a very big acres of land, tractors are used (Mechanized agriculture). All farm tool has its own function in the farm. They help the farmer to work effectively and reduce his/ her stress.
