BOOTING
Booting is the process starting or restarting a computer system.
- Input Machines
- Output machines
- Central processing Unit (Cpu)
- Backing storage machines
Types of Booting
There are two types of booting;
- Cold booting
- Warm Booting
Cold booting: it is the process of starting a computer system by pressing the ON buttons.
Warm booting: it is the process of restarting the computer system pressing the ON buttons.
THE STEPS FOR BOOTING A COMPUTER
- Connect the computer system unit into the power source
- Press the power button of the system unit
- Press the power button of the monitor
- Wait a while, the computer will boot to the windows desktop.
PRESENTATION
- The Teacher revises the previous lesson.
- The Teacher introduces the topic.
- The Teacher explains the lessons.
CONCLUSION: the teacher sum up the lesson.
