Week 1 & 2

Topic: Set grand rules, Allocation of responsibilities

Objectives: To create a sense of orderliness in the children i.e there should be a

Class captain in charge of xyz, a pencil captain, a food captain in charge of the

Food shelve etc.

Lesson: 2 Lessons

 Material: class settings

Activities: The teacher appoints pupils to various positions of responsibilities in

the class after setting ground rules.

Evaluation: practical evaluation

Week 3 & 4

Topic: Giving ways on the stairs and the entrance doors

Objectives: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to give way to one

Another at the door and the entrance.

Week 5 & 6

Topic: Welcoming visitors to the school compound

Objectives: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to welcome visitors in  an expected manner and according to their age and class level to project the  image of the school.

Week 7 & 8

Topic: Interrupting people at talks

Objectives: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to understand when to

talk and when not to talk when others are discussing something important.

 NB: Pupils need to be told that it is not good to barge into other peoples discussion

and if need be, it must not be done rudely.

Week 9 & 10

Topic: Behaviour on outing

Objectives: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to understand the need

to maintain decorum on an outing and when it is necessary to do so.

NB: An excursion can be organized on this to refresh the childrens memory.
