WEEK 1: REVISION OF FIRST TERMS WORKS
LESSON OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, Pupils should be able to:
- Recall what has been taught and write them correctly.
- Counting and writing of number 1- 50 and 50 -1, 51 – 100 and 100 – 51

WEEK 2: Addition of Whole Numbers with Sum Less Than 5

At the end of the lesson, Pupils should be able to:
- Add two whole numbers from 1 to 3 with sum less than 5.
- Recognize the symbol”+” and say what it means and what it stands for.
e.g 1+1 =2, 2 + 1 =3

WEEK 3: Addition of Whole Number with Sum Less Than 10
LESSON OBJECTIVES:

- Add two or three whole numbers from 1 to 8 with sum less than 10.

WEEK 4: Addition of Whole Numbers with Sum Less Than 20

- Use the various ways of forming 3, 6 and 9 to solve addition of sums mentally
- Solve addition in vertical order.

- Combine two groups of 2 –digit numbers less than 40 and count the total.

Forward (->) = (addition)
