In this letter, the writer was writing to a friend informing him, that he was unable to visit him as promised because he followed his uncle to visit his friend in the hospital that had a fatal accident caused by reckless driving which led to the loss of his limb. And also share with his friend his experience from the hospital visit and the vital lessons learnt from the experience with his friend.
To write this letter. The address of the writer will be at the top right hand corner before the salutation such as Dear Marry, Musa, Betha etc.
In the first paragraph you greet the receiver, ask about his studies, health, school and family. Then you tell him or her about the purpose of writing.
The next paragraph is the body of the letter. Give the full details of the experiences you had at the hospital.
Paragraph 3 should be conclusion and encouraging your friend and advise him or her to be careful in all.
End the letter with a compliment and your name such as yours sincerely, your friend and so on. Then your first name should be on the next line. – Subscription.

On our way home, my uncle told me that most of the patients in the hospital got there because of their careless attitudes and lack of knowledge. He advised me to always be careful whenever I am doing anything. I am advising you as a friend to do the same. Convey my regards to everybody. I will be with you soon.
