Meaning and definition of each criminal behaviour

Falsehood – means the act of deceiving people or lying to people.

PUNISHMENT FOR EACH CRIMINAL OFFENCES

Falsehood – the accused person will be arrested by the police and charged to court. If found guilty, they can be fined or sentenced to a certain period of imprisonment according to the dictate of law.

INSTRUCTIONAL PROCEDURE

1. Teacher leads pupils to identify various criminal offences.
2. She mentions the different criminal behaviours:
3. Teacher discusses the meaning and definition of each criminal behaviour listed.
4. Teacher states the punishment for each of the offences
5. Teacher organizes excursion visit to security agencies within their vicinity e.g. Police Station.
6. Teacher display /show video clip of a court proceeding on criminal case.
