Meaning and definition of each criminal behaviour
Falsehood – means the act of deceiving people or lying to people.
PUNISHMENT FOR EACH CRIMINAL OFFENCES
Falsehood – the accused person will be arrested by the police and charged to court. If found guilty, they can be fined or sentenced to a certain period of imprisonment according to the dictate of law.
INSTRUCTIONAL PROCEDURE
- Teacher leads pupils to identify various criminal offences.
- She mentions the different criminal behaviours:
- Teacher discusses the meaning and definition of each criminal behaviour listed.
- Teacher states the punishment for each of the offences
- Teacher organizes excursion visit to security agencies within their vicinity e.g. Police Station.
- Teacher display /show video clip of a court proceeding on criminal case.
