Dear Sir,
EXPLANATION ON THE CAUSE OF QUARREL WHILE STAFF MEETING WAS ON
Sir, remember that before you left for the meeting, you asked the class captain in person of Charles to control the class while the meeting was on. The instructions given was that nobody should disturb the class and that the class captain should write the name of any pupil who disturb the peace of the class. Immediately you left the student started misbehaving.
He canned some pupils under the excuse that they were noise makers. His excuse however was far from the truth.
I cautioned him and explained to him that these pupils were not noise makers. They were part of a group working in a group to find solution to a mathematical problem. He slapped me because I told him he was not the class captain. I retaliated and we started fighting.
I wish to tender my sincere apology and regret. I never planned to join him in disturbing the staff meeting. I should have waited and reported the incident to you rather than acting on my own. I plead for mercy and promise never to act irrationally in future.
Yours student,
Signature.
Benson Favour.
