NOTE
At age 12, Jesus was often seen in the temple worshiping God and listening to His Word. He was found in the midst of doctors and teachers of the law and His wisdom and understanding of the Bible amazed them.

When Jesus was 30 years old, he went to John the Baptist to be baptized. John Baptized him in the River Jordan. After Jesus was baptized, a dove came down from heaven and rested on his head and a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased”.

Many people, adults and children loved to be in the company of Jesus, listening to His teachings and watching His miracles. On one of those occasions, they brought some children for Jesus to pray for and the disciples wanted to push them back. Jesus said, “no! Suffer the little children not to come unto me, for of such is the kingdom of heaven”.

NOTE
Jesus sent for the ass tied in another village. He rode on it into Jerusalem amidst shouts of “HOSANNA! HOSANNA!! In the Highest!!!. People were waving at him with palm fronds and laying their clothes on the ground calling him the Messiah.

Judas Iscariot, one of Jesus’ disciples betrayed Him. He sold Jesus to be hanged on the cross by his enemies. They nailed Jesus on the cross of Calvary in between two thieves. They flogged, spat and mocked him. Jesus eventually died on the cross.

NOTE
Three days after Jesus died, some women took some perfume and spices to go and anoint his body in the tomb. They met two angels there who told them that Jesus had risen from the dead. They were told to go and share the news with the disciples.
