                 COMPOSITION: MY FAVOURITE FOOD

I love to eat.  I love to eat good food especially home – cooked foods. Just like every individual, I have great preference for some foods.

I have a great liking for roasted chicken prepared by my mother. Chicken is rich in protein. This is one of the reasons I like roasted chicken the most. Anytime my mother prepares this delicacy, the whole house will be filled with pleasant aroma. My mother is the best cook in the world! She takes her time while preparing meals.

The recipe for roasted chicken is also very unique. To prepare it, necessary ingredients are not to be excluded. Every ingredient required must be in place. The flesh of the chicken must be clean, lean and soft and coated with sauce and spices. Then, it has to be roasted in the oven for thirty –five minutes. It must be well cooked. The roasted chicken should be served with black sauce. It is a meal that is irresistible and never fails to satisfy my hunger.

Pupil’s Activity one (1): Read the example and pay attention.

Pupil’s Activity two (2): Write with care and in details a composition about your favourite food.
